Eligibility for Returns

We offer a 60-day return window starting from the date your order is delivered. To qualify for a full refund, all returned items must remain unused, undamaged, and kept in their original intact packaging. Items with visible signs of wear, stains, or missing original accessories will not be accepted for a refund.

Return & Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned package, our finance team will process your refund within 5 to 10 business days. All refunds will be issued in United States Dollars (USD) only, regardless of the local currency you used to place your original order. The refund amount will match the product purchase price; shipping fees we covered for your initial order are non-refundable.

Refund Method

Funds will be sent back to your original payment account (credit card, PayPal, or other checkout payment methods). Processing delays from your bank or payment platform may extend the time it takes for funds to show in your account, which is outside our control.

Non-Refundable Items

Customized, clearance, and personalized decor goods cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective due to shipping errors. If your parcel arrives broken, please submit clear photos of damaged products and packaging within 7 days of delivery to apply for a resolution.
